I did some additional researches on COBIT 5 processes due to COBIT 5 Enabling Processes guide was found to have specific details on each processes. I looked up several definition on each COBIT 5 process domain to back up the implementation of IoT smart printer. A high level perspective on these domains is advanttageous to provide a good comparison between the framework.
This last week for NET701 assessment 2 will be focused on writing the business report. I will be covering the overview on COBIT 5 in the implementation of an IoT smart printer while Sinhara will cover ITIL. After each overview are defined, a comparison of processes will be explained between the two frameworks.
We will perform several group work to compare and analyze the processes of both framework. All of the result will be documented in the business report.
